Sex Offenders
Should you have questions about the information contained on this page, please call the Moore Police Department at 405-793-5151. Beginning in November 2007 a new system was established that placed sex offenders in different tier levels. The levels and a brief explanation of each are detailed below:
- Level 3 sex offenders, habitual, and aggravated sex offenders are required to verify their home address every ninety days and are registered sex offenders for life.
- Level 2 offenders have to verify their home address on a semi-annual basis and are registered for 25 years.
- Level 1 offenders verify their home address annually and are registered for 15 years.
