Through a variety of group fitness, education, crafting, and hobby classes, the 53,000 square foot recreation center helps foster a healthy lifestyle while building a strong and social community.
Passholders have access to on-site child watch while on the premises, so they can work out or attend a class without worrying about the kids.
The Station boasts two full-sized basketball courts downstairs, and a fitness area with more than 65 pieces of equipment, an indoor walking path, a high-end spin studio, and exercise rooms upstairs.

Day passes are a great way to experience The Station at Central Park any day of the year! Day passes allow anyone to enjoy The Station at Central Park for the day. Paid day passes are valid for the entire day! Be sure to get your wristband so you can come back on the same day. A day pass allows you to utilize many of the great features available. Day pass flexibility allows you to drop in when you want with no commitment. A Day Pass for The Station Recreation Center is $6 for an individual (adult or youth) and $5 for those that are Seniors (age 60+) or active Military. A Day Pass to enjoy The Station Aquatic Center is $6 for an individual (adult or youth) and $5 for those that are Seniors (age 60+) or active Military.
Enjoy The Station at Central Park at a discounted rate when you purchase a 15-visit punch pass! Punch passes entitle you to full use of The Station facilities (does not include fitness classes). Passes are non-refundable. Punch passes allow for 15 separate visits at approximately a 25% discount compared to paying the day pass rate! Punch Passes have a one-year expiration. If you don’t make it in often enough for an Annual Pass try a Punch Pass.
3-Month passes are another great way to experience The Station at Central Park. Paid 3-month passes are valid for 90 days from the date of selection by The Station patron. A 3-month pass allows you to utilize any of the many great features available in the recreation center and the aquatic center. It does not include fitness classes and child watch.
The Annual Pass includes two adults and all youth under the age of 21 living in the same home.
The monthly payment option is a convenient way to purchase an annual pass through monthly payments from your checking account, savings account, credit or debit card. The first month’s fee is prorated. All other drafts occur on the 1st of each month.
Annual passes may be cancelled at any time with a written notice delivered to The Station at Central Park. If payment is not received for a 1-month period the annual pass will be deemed voluntarily cancelled. If the draft is not honored for any reason, your annual pass will be revoked immediately. If payment is not made on past due accounts within 10 days, a $40 fee will be charged to re-activate the account. Any changes to your account must be made 5 days prior to the draft date.

Inside The Station’s activity room, art classes, self-defense courses, or similar fee-based educational courses will be held. Registration for each class is required. You need not be a Passholder to take one of our many classes or to participate in our programs. Check the latest activity guide for a complete list of available courses, descriptions and times.
The 1,000 square foot space has seating for up to 30 people and can be rented out for parties, gatherings or other events.
A variety of party packages are available that can include time in the activity room only or additional time in the gymnasium or aquatics center.
At the center of The Station is the multi-purpose gymnasium featuring two full-size indoor basketball courts and four half courts. Passholders can shoot hoops with their friends, join in a game with others, or participate in a sports league or tournament.
The new maple hardwood floor in the gymnasium prominently features The Station at Central Park’s logo and was hand-painted by the same company that customized the court for the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Passholders can hone their free throw skills or practice three pointers on one of our twelve basketball hoops ranging from eight to ten feet tall, ensuring an enjoyable experience and great cardiovascular workout for people of all age groups.
Besides basketball, members can play volleyball, badminton, pickle ball and dodge ball in the gymnasium.
Basketballs are provided by The Station and must be returned when you leave the facility.
The Cardio Training area is open during regular building hours and is available to individuals who are 16 years and older. The Cardio training area is located on the second floor of the building and includes the following equipment:

Fitness doesn’t have to take a backseat just because you have children.The Station at Central Park Recreation Center offers on-site child watch for kids six months and older while their parents are on the premises.
Our child watch room is a safe, secure and supervised area where children six months old to six years can play for up to two hours while their parents workout or take a class. Children can craft, play with the toys provided, or enjoy our fun, educational and interactive gaming system.
All of our child care attendants are specially trained and certified in both CPR and first aid and must pass a background check to work in the children’s area. Our electronic check-in system provides an additional layer of security, ensuring parents or guardians that their children are safe while in our care. To register for Child Watch
Children age seven and older can participate in age-appropriate games and crafts in the activity room and also have access to the basketball court, with a parent’s permission.
No snacks are allowed in the child watch room, and parents must remain in the building or aquatic center at all times.
Passholders can enjoy a challenging and exciting cardiovascular workout inside The Station’s new innovative cycling studio. This community-centric space offers cyclists and non-cyclists alike a climate-controlled area to hone their skills or burn calories in this high endurance, exhilarating group class.
This intimate environment is designed for classes of 17 people or smaller.
Our 60 minute class is lead by a trained and experienced instructor. Participants utilize stationary bikes that are easy on the joints to tone muscle and burn calories while working at their own pace.
Throughout the class, Passholders can challenge themselves by varying their pace and intensity while working out to a playlist made up of upbeat, current music selected by the instructors.
The Station’s 1,000 square foot high-end spin studio fosters a fun and engaging environment that is sure to take the “work” out of any workout!

The fitness area is located on the second floor of The Station at Central Park Recreation Center. From free weights to cardio and conditioning machines, the fitness area boasts 5,000 square feet of sports and wellness equipment.
With floor to ceiling windows, members can enjoy beautiful views of the park and surrounding areas while they work toward their health and wellness goals, or catch up on their favorite TV shows on one of several flat screen televisions located throughout the fitness area.
The strength and conditioning space features a variety of free weights and weight machines, treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, and stair steppers. With more than 65 pieces of new exercise equipment, members have everything they need to tone, build muscle, burn fat and develop a healthier lifestyle.
The fitness area is open during regular business hours and is available to individuals who are 16 years and older.
The Station offers a variety of group exercise classes that are held throughout the day. From yoga to high intensity interval training (HIIT), there are classes that fit almost every interest, fitness level, or schedule.
The Station at Central Park has two group exercise rooms located on the second floor of the recreation center directly adjacent to the fitness area.
With full length mirrors and multi-purpose floors, the exercise rooms are great for group classes.
Members can build endurance, strength, flexibility, or balance during interactive group classes that accommodate up to 75 people.
Participants not only get a great work out, but have a great time while building new friendships in the process!
The Station’s indoor walking and jogging trail offers a year-round opportunity to hit the track. Whether it’s cold, snowing or raining, members can enjoy a leisure stroll or get their heart pumping with a faster paced jog or run.
The three-lane track is 1/12 mile and has two separate alcoves where users can pause for a break, stretch or incorporate a short conditioning workout into their walk or jog. The oval trail is flat and easier on the joints than traditional outdoor pavement or a treadmill.
Located upstairs in The Station Recreation Center, the indoor walking trail offer scenic views of Central Park through four large windows along the outer lanes. Inner lanes overlook the gymnasium as well as the lobby, providing views of other recreational activities taking place.
Instructions are posted daily showing the direction in which users are to walk or jog. The inner lane is reserved for walking, while the middle and outer lanes are for faster traffic and passing.
The Station at Central Park Recreation Center offers Passholders a private space to change clothing, shower and store their belongings while on the premise.
Approximately 100 lockers are available in each of the men’s and women’s locker rooms. Each locker is 34 inches tall and has an area to hang clothing and other personal items. A communal vanity also gives members a place to style their hair, do their makeup, shave or get ready for the day.
A family bathroom and locker room is located at the entrance to both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. A handicap-accessible shower stall is also provided in each locker room.
Passholders must provide their own shower products and lock to safely secure their items in a locker while in use. Children age six and older must use gender-appropriate locker rooms or can accompany a parent of the opposite gender into the family locker room.

The Station at Central Park features two meeting rooms that are available to rent. Rooms are approximately 2,000 and 1,000 square feet respectively and may be combined to accommodate larger gatherings. The meeting spaces are perfect for wedding receptions, seminars, bridal or baby showers, business meetings, luncheons, dinners, or reunions.
Both meeting rooms are equipped with wireless internet and rectangular tables upon request.
- Meeting Room #1: Great for business meetings and training seminars. Meeting Room #1 is approximately 2,000 square feet, has a drop down projection screen, great lighting, and access to a large patio with additional seating areas for those who need some fresh air. This room can accommodate up to 100 people.
- Meeting Room #2: With direct access to the kitchen, this room is excellent for receptions, luncheons, showers or any other parties where food is served. The smaller of the two rooms, this 1,000 square foot space can accommodate 50 people. This room also provides access to the outdoor patio.
- Meeting Room #1 and #2: A partition separates the two rooms, which can be removed to accommodate larger parties. When combined, the 3,000 square foot space can accommodate 150 people. Rental of both rooms gives you all of the amenities listed above including use of the projection screen, and direct access to both the patio and the catering kitchen!
