In this women’s only self-defense class, participants will learn practical applications of techniques to defend themselves in potentially dangerous situations. As an extra added bonus, there will be free childcare* during this class, for one child, in the Child Watch/Kids Club area geared for children ages 6 months to 12 years old. Additional children will be $4 each. Subject to availability.
