Fit Foods - Rescheduled for Fall 2023
This fun and exciting class is designed to show participants that "Fit Foods" can be had at all times of the day! In this 6 week live cooking class, participants will discuss and learn how to create fit foods!
Week 1- Breakfast: overnight oats
Week 2- Snack: homemade hummus with veggies and pita chips
Week 3- Lunch: homemade minestrone soup
Week 4- Snack: protein bites
Week 5- Dinner: turkey meatloaf muffins
Week 6- Dessert: chocolate chia pudding
