Notice: From the Finance Department

Utility Customers receiving their utility bill the week of February 9th may have received a bill with zero water consumption resulting in a lower than usual bill. This occurred during the February snow event when we were unable to read some meters. These customers will see a larger bill in March as a result and their bill will list the reading period as 1/6/2020 – 3/13/2020. We regret that this occurred. Please call customer service at 405-793-5032 if you are unable to pay the full amount and need assistance with a payment plan.
