Moore War 5k Run
Saturday, August 23rd starting at 7:30 am - 5K run and walk
It's that time of year again for the Moore War Run, the 5K run of Moore Public Schools organized by Moore High & Westmoore High Alumni. This is the planned route for the race on Saturday, August 23rd, at 7:30 a.m. The race starts at Moore High School and ends north of Main and Broadway near Central Jr. High.
Main St. and Eastern intersection will close at approximately 7 a.m. in preparation for the event, with Eastern Ave closing from Moore HS to SE 19th. Intersections will close upon the approach of the lead runners along the travel route and reopen immediately once the final runners pass through them; all major roads are typically open by 8:45-9 am.

The run starts at 7:30 am on Eastern Avenue at Moore High School and travels South to 19th street, West on 19th, and North on Broadway, concluding in Old Town Moore just north at Main and Broadway Avenue.
