Per Section 10-328 of the Municipal Code

The recent passage of Oklahoma's Rockets' Red Glare Act referencing firework sales, displays, etc. creates no change for those in Moore. Fireworks are still banned inside Moore city limits per Section 10-328 of the Moore Municipal Code.

To keep 911 lines open for life-threatening emergencies, the City asks residents not to call 911 to report illegal fireworks. Instead, call our non-emergency line at 405-793-5171. Residents should call 911 only if someone is injured by a firework or if fireworks start a fire.
