City Replaces Diesel for CNG with ACOG Grant

The City of Moore has replaced a diesel truck from its Public Works fleet with the assistance of an Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) Clean Air Grant for Public Sector Fleets. A new high compaction 32 cubic-yard side loader with a compressed natural gas conversion system, commonly known as a residential refuse collector, was added to the Public Works fleet in January of 2021. The City of Moore would like to thank the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments for the Clean Air grant funding for our Public Works fleets.
