The City of Moore Parks & Recreation Department encourages you to use our online registration system and activity guide.
To use the system you will create an account and follow the instructions from there. It’s that easy!
You can reserve a pavilion, and enroll in an activity or program from the convenience of your home.
Renting rooms at The Station

Adult Basketball League - $450.00 per team
Youth Basketball League - $70.00 – Resident and $80.00 – Non-Resident
Youth Soccer League - $60.00 - Resident and $70.00 - Non-Resident

New Refund Policies
Camps, Leagues, and Programs
100% of the cost minus $20 processing fee will be refunded on any refund request 5 business days (Monday – Friday) prior to starting of Camps, Leagues, and Programs. 50% of the cost will be refunded within 5 business days (Monday – Friday) of the beginning of Camps, Leagues, and Programs.
0% of the cost will be refunded on any refund request after the beginning of Camps, Leagues, and Programs.
Pavilions Rental Refund Policy
100% Credit on Pavilion Rentals if cancelled before 5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the start of your reservation. 0% credit or refund within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the start of your reservation.
100% of the cost minus $25 processing fee will be refunded on any cancelation request prior to 5 business days (Monday – Friday) prior to the start of your reservation. 100% of deposit plus $25 processing fee will be collected on any cancelation request within 5 business days (Monday – Friday) from the start of your reservation.
0% of the cost will be refunded on any no show or unused hours on a reservation.
*If processing fee was paid in your transaction it will not be refunded at any time.
*All Refunds May Take Up to 2 Weeks to Process.

Interested in organizing an event at The Station at Central Park? Between meeting rooms, gymnasium, a pool, and party packages, we will have everything you need to make your special events unforgettable!
The Station at Central Park features two meeting rooms available by reservation. Rooms are about 2,000 and 1,000 square feet and may be combined to suit your needs. They are perfect for wedding receptions, seminars, bridal showers, business meetings, luncheons, dinners, and more.
Meeting Room #1: Great for business meetings and training seminars with its podium, projection screen, access to wireless Internet, rectangular tables, great lighting, and access to a large patio. This room is approx. 2,000 square feet. The capacity is 100 people. Cost is $80/hour (2-hour minimum). Use of the catering kitchen is an additional $30/hour. Deposit: $100 (refundable)
Meeting Room #2: With direct access to the kitchen, this room is excellent for receptions, luncheons, showers, or any other parties where food is served! This room also features wireless Internet, rectangular tables, great lighting, and access to the patio. This room is approx. 1,000 square feet. The capacity is 50 people. The cost is $45/hour (2-hour minimum). The use of the catering kitchen is an additional $30/hour. Deposit: $50 (refundable)
Meeting Room #1 and #2: Combine the two and you have a great 3,000 square foot space for any event! Cost is $115/Hr, (2 hours. Minimum). The use of the catering kitchen is an additional $30/hour. Deposit: $100 (refundable)

- All payments are due in full in time of reservation
Reserving is Easy
Complete The Station at Central Park Facility Reservation Contract and make payment.
The deposit will be refunded if the area used has been left in good order and all conditions of the contract have been met.
Refund Policy: 100% of the cost minus the $20 processing fee will be refunded on any cancellation request prior to 10 business days (Monday - Friday) prior to the start of your reservation.
Aquatic Center Rentals
Hold private swim parties for family, friends, or colleagues! Let The Station at Central Park Aquatic Center assist in providing you with the perfect place to swim! Time rentals for The Station Aquatic Center must be a minimum of two hours and are only available after regular hours of operation.
Events can begin 30 minutes after the building closes to the public. Lifeguards are provided for every pool rental.
- Additional fees apply for rentals with over 200 patrons
- Full payment and signed contract due at time of reservation
Shallow Play Area: $55/hour + $50 deposit
Lap Pool: $150/hour + $50 deposit
Slides/Lazy River: $250/hour + $150 deposit
Entire Pool: $350/hour + $300 deposit
Outside Food/Drink: $35
Central Park is a great venue for a family or corporate event. You may want to rent our multi-purpose pavilion or our great amphitheater. The rates are listed below.
Multi-Purpose Pavilion: $175/day + $500 Deposit
Amphitheater: $125/hour + $500 Deposit
Amphitheater (all day): $950/day + $100 Deposit (2 hour minimum)
Amphitheater & Multi-Purpose Pavilion: $175/hour + $500 Deposit
Amphitheater & Multi-Purpose Pavilion: $1,100/Day + $500 Deposit (4 hour minimum)
Event Security Staff: $40/hr (per officer)
Runaway Train Package: $125.00
2 Hours in the Activity Room; Party Setup; Basic Decorations
Sports Express Package: $175.00
1 Hour in the Activity Room & 1 Hour on one Basketball Court; Party Setup; Basic Decorations
Pool Party Package
Ride the Rails: $195.00
Make a splash with all your friends! This party package includes 1 Hour in the Activity Room & 1 hour in the aquatic center; This also includes party setup; basic decorations. Let us know what hour you want to dry off and party it up in our activity room, and we'll have the decorations and food ready. 30 person maximum, $5 for each additional swimmer.
Party Packages Include
- Use of the activity room
- Basic decorations (balloons, plates, cups, plasticware, and table cloths)
Dining Car Deluxe Upgrade: $100.00 for one of the packages above. Includes up to 5 pizzas, a cake (vanilla or chocolate) and 2 pitchers of drinks.
- Basic Decorations include plates, cups, plasticware, and tablecloths (pink or blue)
- Outside food and drink charge is $35.00
- All payments are due in full at the time of reservation.
- $50 deposit for each package (refundable)
Due to space constraints, parties are limited to 30 guests. This includes both adults and children.
Re-schedule and Refund Policy
Parties may only be refunded or re-scheduled with at least two weeks' notice. All re-scheduled parties are subject to a $25 fee.
