City Clerk

The City Clerk's office is maintained by the City Clerk and Deputy City Clerk. This office is the custodian of all municipal records, which includes: minutes of the proceedings of the council, all ordinances and resolutions passed by the council, financial reports, audits, contracts, bond indentures, statement of proceedings, election documents, official reports, and etc.

The City Clerk's office also issues and maintains City licenses and permits as authorized and defined by the City Code. Services of process on the city, money judgments against the city, tort claims, and other legal documents are served through the City Clerks office.
