Right-of-Entry (ROE) Forms Now Available for City of Moore Residents

Moore property owners who want City-hired contractors to remove and haul off debris from their homes destroyed by the May 20 tornado must sign a right-of-entry form. The form gives City contractors permission to access the property.

The City of Moore is issuing Right-of-Entry Forms at:

  • Moore Recycling Center
  • 400 N. Telephone Rd.
    7am - 7pm, 7 days a week, until further notice.

WHO needs a Right-of-Entry Form?

  • Any homeowner that needs heavy debris removed from their property due to the May 20th storm.

Citizens are REQUIRED to have:

  • A photo ID
  • one additional form of ID
  • Insurance Carrier
  • Insurance Policy Number

Helpful information to have includes:

  • Insurance Claim Number
  • Insurance Settlement Statement

A copy of the Right-of-Entry Form is available at the City’s website, www.cityofmoore.com for reference or to complete prior to your arrival at the ROE Center. Right-of-Entry Forms MUST be executed in person at 400 N. Telephone Road. The Right-of-Entry staff can be reached by telephone at 405-793-4373.
