Saturday, November 5th  the City of Moore will hold recycling opportunities at the Moore Recycle Center located at 220 N. Telephone Rd.

Paper Shredding: 8am - Noon
Electronics: 8am - Noon
Glass: 8am - 3pm
Items accepted daily include: plastics 1-7, aluminum, tin, cardboard, mixed fiber (newspaper, food boxes, etc)

Saturday, October 29, 2016 - 4:00pm to 7:00pm

Haunt Old Town is a night of free family activities in Old Town Moore, for safe trick or treating and Halloween Fun. The streets will be shut down in the Old Town area for parents and kids walking in the Old Town area.   Some of the activities will be: Candy; Inflatable's ; Music;  and safe trick or treating in the streets!  Bring your whole family down to Old Town Moore. 
Moore Public Library will be open with Halloween Activities!

Little River Park has been taken over by a carnival themed haunted trail with terror lurking around each corner.  Come be a part of the award winning Trail of Fears that is about 1/3 of a mile guaranteed to scare you with our Freak Show, Big Top, Funhouse and Cemetery scenes.  Purchase tickets early because a limited number of tickets are available.

This year’s Red Ribbon Parade will be held on Saturday, October 29th, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. Staging begins at 8:30 A.M. on 5th STREET BETWEEN I-35 AND BROADWAY. THE PARADE ROUTE WILL FOLLOW BROADWAY TO THE STATION AT CENTRAL PARK PARKING LOT.

Beans, Cornbread, Cole Slaw, Dessert & Drinks all for only $4.00 for Adults and $2.00 for Children (under 12).

Proceeds from the ticket sales to benefit the Moore Council on Aging and Brand Senior Center.
