• Level 3 sex offenders, habitual, and aggravated sex offenders are required to verify their home address every ninety days and are registered sex offenders for life.
• Level 2 offenders have to verify their home address on a semi-annual basis and are registered for 25 years.
• Level 1 offenders verify their home address annually and are registered for 15 years.
