The Parks Board serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council, and makes recommendations to the Council regarding the planning, development, maintenance and betterment of the city park system. The Parks Board meets at 7pm on the 1st Tuesday of each month (unless preempted by a City Council meeting), in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
