Starting a fitness program may be one of the best things you can do for your health. Physical activity can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your balance and coordination, help you lose weight — even improve your sleep habits and self-esteem. And there's more good news. You can do it with help from Moore Parks and Recreation.

Refund Policy 
Camps, Leagues, and Programs

100% of cost minus $20 processing fee will be refunded on any refund request 5 business days (Monday – Friday) prior to start of Camps, Leagues, and Programs. 50% of cost will be refunded within 5 business days (Monday – Friday) of the beginning of Camps, Leagues, and Programs.
0% of cost will be refunded on any refund request after from the beginning of Camps, Leagues, and Programs. 

*If processing fee was paid in your transaction it will not be refunded at any time.
*All Refunds May Take Up to 2 Weeks to Process.

Boot Camp

Fun, fast paced group fitness class designed to burn fat, and lean/strengthen muscles. Combines latest plyo moves, core work, and power yoga moves set to popular/motivating music. Includes cardio, squats, push-ups, jacks, sit-ups, planks, and hand weights. Includes calisthenics and agility moves. This one hour class will be held every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 10:15am. Zumba Fitness

Dance your way to Fitness! Zumba is a mixture of Latin and International music that includes dance movements of salsa, cumbia, reggeaton, hip hop and more. You do not have to know how to dance to ZUMBA. This program is designed for everyone 16 years or older.  

Classes on Tuesday nights at 6:15 pm and Saturdays mornings at 10:30 am.
