Minimum Requirements for Firefighter:

• You must be between the ages of 18 and 44
• You must be in good physical condition
• You must have a high school diploma
• If you have a GED, you must have 15 hours of college credit
• You must have or be able to obtain a valid Oklahoma State Driver’s License
• National Registry as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or higher
• Must be able to pass written exam
• Must be able to pass physical agility test
• Background check, polygraph,and State physical required before being hired
