Regular meetings of the Moore City Council, Moore Public Works Authority, and the Moore Risk Management Board are held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month. (In the event of the regular meeting falling on a holiday, the meeting will be on the next following business day.) City Council meetings begin at 6:30 pm; MPWA meetings are immediately following City Council; and Risk Management Board meetings are immediately following the MPWA.

The Moore Economic Development Authority meets the 3rd Monday of each month following the Moore Risk Management Board meeting in the City Council Chambers, Moore City Hall, 301 N. Broadway.

Meetings are located in the City Council chambers at City Hall, 301 N. Broadway. Special and emergency meetings may also be conducted as necessary (see schedule below). Official meeting date/times, locations, and agendas for all Council meetings are posted on the bulletin board at City Hall. Except in cases of emergency meetings, these notices are posted at least 2 days prior to the meeting.

All Council meetings are open to the public. State law provides that certain sensitive items, such as personnel matters and pending litigation, may be discussed in private "executive sessions". Any executive sessions are noted on the meeting agenda. No action other than discussion may be taken during an executive session.
