To make the process even easier, we have provided all applications on-line, so you can fill them out at your convenience.
 

Effective February first (2/1/2011) the City of Moore is requiring roofing contractors to be licensed to do work within the city limits. Applications will be taken at the Community Development Department located on the first floor of City Hall. 

Building Permits

Occupancy Permits

An occupancy permit is required for any business (institutional, educational, retail, service, industrial, and storage) moving into any building or portion of building if any of the following conditions apply:

1. The building or portion of building to be occupied is previously vacant
2. The building or portion of building to be occupied has not yet received an occupancy permit
3. In any case where a building permit was required to construct, finish, alter, expand or split a building or portion of a building
4. Whenever a change of use or occupancy type occurs

An occupancy permit will be issued only after the city planner, building official, and fire marshal have conducted satisfactory inspections. For questions concerning occupancy permits, call (405) 793-5051.

Building Permit Fees: 

All permits have an $4.50 additional fee that is submitted to the Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission.
