Boot Camp

Fun, fast paced group fitness class designed to burn fat, and lean/strengthen muscles. Combines latest plyo moves, core work, and power yoga moves set to popular/motivating music. Includes cardio, squats, push-ups, jacks, sit-ups, planks, and hand weights. Includes calisthenics and agility moves. This one hour class will be held every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 10:15am. The class will be held at the Moore Community Center and taught by Angie Ceyler

This class that will include 30 minutes of aerobic conditioning and 25 minutes of strength training and toning, and a 5 minute cool down.
The class will also include an introduction to a free online website that will provide tracking and tips on weight loss and improving fitness levels.
