Accounting
The City's Accounting Department is responsible for many of the financial functions of the City. The Department includes the following divisions:
* Accounts payable;
* Payroll;
* Utility billing;
* Customer service;
*Municipal court;
* Personnel;
* Data processing.
All divisions of the Accounting Department reside on the first floor of City Hall. Customer Service and Municipal Court counter hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. A drive-through window located on the south side of City Hall is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a night deposit box is available 24-hours per day in the drive-through lane.
An after-hours pager is available for emergencies concerning residential or business utility services of the City. This pager number is 245-3365.
