About Us

Deidre Ebrey

Deidre Ebrey is the Director of Economic Development for the City of Moore.

Prior to taking her job with the city, Ms. Ebrey was a Business Development Consultant with Oklahoma’s Career Tech system. She specialized in leadership and workforce development and has worked with some of Oklahoma’s largest businesses.

As the Director of Economic Development, her primary focus is to increase the sales tax base of the City of Moore as well as create new jobs for the local economy. This is achieved by the recruitment of new businesses to the area and through the expansion of existing businesses. Ms. Ebrey provides information to the Moore Economic Development Authority regarding the status of the local, regional and state economies and assists the Board of Trustees in making sound decisions and strategizing for future development. 

Deidre holds a BA and Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma and numerous certifications in management development/leadership training programs. She is a seasoned public speaker with over 10 years experience in leading workshops, facilitating planning sessions and delivering keynote addresses. Her work in retail recruitment is noted throughout the State of Oklahoma and she is often asked to deliver speeches on the subject.

Todd Jenson

Todd Jenson is the Economic Development Specialist for the City of Moore. He became a part of our team in April of 2004. Prior to taking this position Todd was in private business for seven years, having a successful and award-winning retail franchise in the Oklahoma City area. Todd sold his business in January 2006. From 1989 to 1999, Todd worked at the City of Norman. Starting as an Administrative Intern, Todd finished his tenure there as Assistant to the City Manager.
As Economic Development Specialist, Todd’s focus is to support the Director of Economic Development in the creation of new jobs in Moore. Mr. Jenson provides research and marketing expertise as well as coordinates business resources for the Director of Economic Development. Also, Mr. Jenson provides his skills to projects for the City of Moore, lending his marketing and public information skills to the administrative staff of the City.

Todd holds a BA in Political Science and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He has also completed various classes pertaining to real estate appraisal and home inspection.

Gina Dunn

Gina Dunn is the Administrative Assistant with the Economic Development Department for the City of Moore. She was born and raised in Kansas and is a graduate of Chetopa High School in Kansas. Gina is passionate about Moore's growth and it's strong sense of community. She joined the Economic Development Department in 2008 after working in the Finance/City Clerks Office for the  past 5 years. Gina assists with marketing community-wide events, organizing city-sponsored events, and managing the day-to-day operations of the Economic Development Department.
