    We will have 2 dances this year.  Dancing; Haunted Room; Snacks and lots of fun!   Come to the Moore Community Center and costumes are optional.

  • Jack-O-Lantern Carving Contest

    Saturday, October 25, 2014 - 7:30pm

    Come join us at Little River Park on October 25th at 7:30pm to participate in this years Parks and Recreation Jack-O-Lantern Decorating Contest.  Bring your already carved pumpkins or bring your carving tools to carve a pumpkin at the event.  30 pumpkins will be on site ready to be carved but once they are gone, you will need to bring your own.  Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Head on over to Pavilion #2 (closest to the pond) when you arrive to the park to particpate.   Read More » about Jack-O-Lantern Carving Contest

  • Halloween - Neighborhood Trick or Treating

    October 20, 2014 - For many people, autumn events like Halloween and Harvest Day are fun times to dress up in costumes, go trick-or-treating, attend parties, and eat yummy treats.

    The Moore City Council has designated October 31st as the official evening for Neighborhood Trick or Treating. 

    Below are tips to help make the festivities fun and safe for trick-or-treaters and party guests.

    Going trick-or-treating?

    • Swords, knives, and similar costume accessories should be short, soft, and flexible.

  • Senior Center Bean Dinner Fundraiser

    Saturday, November 1, 2014 - 11:00am to 1:00pm

    Beans, Cornbread, Cole Slaw, Dessert & Drinks all for only $4.00 for Adults and $2.00 for Children (under 12).

    Proceeds from the ticket sales to benefit the Moore Council on Aging and Brand Senior Center.
