Art in the Park: A Celebration in the Heartland

 

Art in the Park: A Celebration in the Heartland is an outdoor festival that attracts spectators from Moore and the surrounding communities. This 2-day event features a variety of arts and crafts, entertainment, and food. The final day of the festival features additional activities and vendors, ending with a spectacular fireworks display at dark. Also as a part of this years festivities the Moore Old Town Association will be having their 5th annual Car and Motorcycle Show

Activities and Events

• ART IN THE PARK: A CELEBRATION IN THE HEARTLAND '08
  July 3rd (5 pm-10pm) & July 4th (10am-10pm) 
  
  Planning for this event is well underway and we are pleased to announce the City of Moore has added a carnival to our celebration. That's right! Murphy Bros. Exposition, operators of the Tulsa State Fair, will be a part of Art in the Park: a Celebration in the Heartland this year. The Moore Rotary Club is sponsoring the carnival and will pre-sell tickets at various outlets throughout the city. As always, entry into the Art in the Park: a Celebration in the Heartland is free and will have many family fun activities such as Live Music, Guitar Hero/Dance Dance Revolution Tournament, Car Show, Children's Art Tent, Giant Sand Pit, Inflatables, Food, Wineries and much more. On the night of the 4th we have our Huge Fireworks Show at dark. We are signing up vendors now, so click here for an application.
