  • National Night Out 2015

    Tuesday, August 4, 2015 - 7:00pm to 9:00pm

    We invite you to join over 37.8 million neighbors across 16,124 communities in celebration of National Night Out, America’s Night Out Against Crime on Tuesday, August 4th, 2015.

    NNO is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods a safer, better place to live. Together, we are making that happen.

  • Telephone Rd. and Main St. Intersection Closed for Reconstruction

    The intersection of Telephone Rd and Main St will close July 30th, as part of the Telephone Rd reconstruction project. The intersection is expected to remain closed for about 2-3 weeks.

    When this intersection portion is complete, Telephone Road will reopen from Main to NW 5th St. and work will begin south of Main St.

  • City of Moore Blood Drive

    Wednesday, August 12, 2015 - 7:30am to 5:00pm

    The City of Moore will be hosting a blood drive on Wednesday, August 12th at the Moore Community Center from 7:30am - 5:00pm. 

    Speed up the process with Donor Express. 

  • Homeowner Housing Rehabilitation Program

    The City of Moore is announcing a tornado disaster housing rehabilitation program that will accept applications from July 7, 2015 through September 30, 2015. This program will provide housing rehabilitation for owner occupied housing units directly impacted by events of May 18th through June 2nd, 2013 within the city limits of Moore.

    Moore is well on its way to recovery after the storms in May of 2013. If you are still struggling on your path to recovery the City of Moore wants to extend a helping hand using Community Development Block Grant funds for disaster recovery. 

  • Be Moore Active! Parks Programs Online

    The City of Moore Parks & Recreation Department is excited to announce the start of its online registration system and activity guide. 

    Simply click on an option of "Play a Sport, Reserve a Facility, or View Activities" on the left hand side of the website. 

    To use the new system you will create an account and follow the instructions from there.  It’s that easy!

    You can now reserve a room or pavilion, and enroll in an activity or program from the convenience of your home.

    Partnership Will Enable City of Moore to Increase Community Engagement for Emergency Preparedness

    Moore, OK - March, 10 2015 - City of Moore announced today a partnership with Nextdoor (www.nextdoor.com), the free and private social network for neighborhoods, to build stronger, safer communities with the help of residents.

    By law, each city in Oklahoma is required to formulate and approve a balanced budget by its governing body. The City of Moore Budget is included below. The fiscal year begins July 1st and ends June 30th.
